The tsukemono (pickle) station features a striking contrast of deep blue and bright red pickled vegetables, creating a visually stunning display. The main dish includes a hamburger steak served in a sakura-shaped pink plate with rich demi-glace sauce, alongside colorful vegetable garnishes.
Traditional Elements
A clear soup in a lacquered bowl and mushroom rice complement the creative main dishes. Each item is thoughtfully presented in specially selected vessels that enhance the dining experience.
